About Palya Care Connect

Palya Care was formed with a simple intention - to help people live comfortably and with confidence - wherever they call home.

We’re here for those who want real support from people who care enough to listen, respond, and show up.

The word "palya" comes from Central Australian Aboriginal greetings such as "Welcome", "good", "thank you", "wellbeing" - "I am Fine."

Our Mission

To empower people to live with dignity, independence, and inclusion by delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enhances well-being and participation in community life.

This mission is exercised daily through small acts of care, genuine connection, and quiet moments of trust.

We help people feel safe, respected, and valued, not as clients, but as individuals with their own stories.

What Matters To Us

We focus on people. We listen carefully, respond with care, and walk beside each person as they build the life they want.

Our values guide every decision:

What We Stand For

Our Culture

Faith is at the heart of our care - it’s expressed quietly, through kindness and service. We believe in supporting the cultural and spiritual growth of every person who wishes to include these values in their life.

That might mean attending church, taking part in prayer, or simply having space to reflect.

We welcome everyone.

Our care is built on love, acceptance, and understanding - values shared across all cultures and communities.

A Growing Community

Palya Care is built on connection - with family, faith, and community.

Every day, we see how small moments of support can change lives, and that’s what keeps us doing what we do.

We’re more than a service provider - we’re part of a growing community of people who care about each other.
